1. Appointments & Walk-Ins • We welcome both appointments and walk-ins; however, appointments are prioritized.

2. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service

3. Cancellations & No-Shows • We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a fee or a deposit requirement for future bookings

4. Payments & Pricing • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments. • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. • All services are non-refundable, but we are happy to make adjustments within 3 days of your visit

5. Refunds & Repairs • We do not offer refunds on services. • If you experience chipping, peeling, or lifting within 3 days, please contact us for a complimentary fix

6. Hygiene & Safety • We follow strict sanitation and sterilization protocols for all tools and equipment. • If you have any infections, open wounds, or health concerns, please inform us before the service

7. Children & Guests • For safety reasons, children under 10 must be supervised at all times. • We kindly ask that you limit extra guests due to space and safety concerns

8. Personal Belongings • We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Please keep valuables with you at all times.

9. Customer Conduct • We strive to maintain a relaxing environment. Disruptive behavior, rudeness, or harassment toward staff or customers will not be tolerated

10. Gift Cards & Promotions • Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. • Promotional offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

1. Disruptive or Inappropriate Behavior • Any form of rudeness, harassment, or disrespect toward our staff or other clients will not be tolerated. • Loud, aggressive, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate refusal of service

2. Poor Hygiene or Health Concerns • For the safety of our staff and clients, we may refuse service to individuals with open wounds, infections, or contagious conditions (e.g., fungal infections, warts). If you are visibly ill (e.g., coughing, sneezing, or showing flu-like symptoms), we may ask you to reschedule.

3. Repeated No-Shows or Late Cancellations • Clients who consistently fail to show up or cancel last-minute may be required to prepay or may be refused future bookings.

4. Failure to Follow Salon Policies • Refusal to comply with our payment policies, hygiene standards, or other salon rules may result in denied service.

5. Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol • We cannot provide services to individuals who appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of substances.

6. Non-Payment or Disputes • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who has a history of payment issues, chargebacks, or disputes. Our goal is to ensure a safe, clean, and relaxing experience for all our clients and staff. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
